A beautiful evening!
We were at Spatio Bistrot to celebrate a dear friend. The restaurant offers a beautiful atmosphere with well-kept and original furnishings. The dishes are delicious, we were all truly satisfied. In particular, Fulvia prepared a vegan dessert for us specifically for the occasion, very good! And she sang songs dedicated to the birthday girl, knowing how to instantly grasp her musical tastes. A beautiful evening!

Not just any dinner
A small and well-kept place that you cannot help but love. You eat very well, the dishes are changed seasonally and in each one there is something special, something not trivial. The wines are also good, reasonably priced. Fulvia is the best!

Special experience, highly recommended
3 years in a row in Treviso for personal commitments and 3 years at Spatio Bistrot. Simply perfect, excellent food, starting with the sauces to start, truly special, dishes refined to just the right point. The atmosphere then heats up when the owner takes the microphone and starts singing. You can tell she's a professional. Truly talented.

Atmosphere of times past.
Splendid atmosphere, beautiful place, excellent cuisine. I had dinner on a Thursday with the chance to enjoy the splendid Micro Orchestra that provided a special evening. I believe that Spatio Bistrot is a gem, you can feel passion in every detail.

I celebrated my birthday at spatio. The menu amazed us with the beauty of the dishes, the generous and delicious portions. Accompanying us, the splendid voice of Fulvia! A pleasant evening, an ideal place to be in company.

A birthday we will remember ❤️
We chose Spatio Bistrot to celebrate my husband's birthday and we could not have wished for a more special place. The atmosphere is intimate, refined and welcoming, the food very good and well-prepared, but what makes this place truly unique are Fulvia and Renzo. Fulvia, with her extraordinary voice, gave the evening a beautiful musical moment, capable of transforming a dinner into a true memory. And together with Renzo they form a splendid couple: you immediately perceive the passion, the rapport and the love with which they have built and animate this place. We felt welcomed with a rare naturalness and immediately sensed a beautiful mutual harmony, the kind that makes you think you didn't meet by chance. We left happy, with the feeling of having discovered not simply an excellent restaurant, but a place with a soul. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Hearing Fulvia sing in the unique venues was a great experience for my friends from Norway. We had a lovely evening with exquisite food and warm and personal service. Unforgettable.

Special occasions
A truly unique restaurant in the center of Treviso, tastefully decorated and with a creative menu. Excellent raw materials, everything we ate was very fresh and very tasty. Very well-cared-for presentation of the dishes. The portions are not very large, I suggest the tasting menu to be able to try a greater variety of dishes and leave satisfied... with a complimentary dessert! I will definitely return to experience the musical evenings.

Ciao, sono Fulvia Pin, lascia che ti racconti la storia di questo piccolo salotto che accoglie pochi amanti del buon cibo e della musica
Tutto è iniziato nel 2019 quando ho dovuto reinventarmi un lavoro dopo aver chiuso l’attività di famiglia.
Mi alzavo alle 5 di mattina, lavoravo come cameriera, preparavo le colazioni in un albergo mentre di sera andavo a cantare nei locali del Veneto
Trovavo così grande felicità esibirmi in mezzo alla gente perchè vedevo negli occhi delle persone che mi ascoltavano una luce particolare, alla fine mi ringraziavano per l’emozione che riuscivo a trasmettere! E così anch’io mi emozionavo: quando canto mi piace l’idea di far stare bene le persone!
Ma non potevo di certo andare avanti per molto tempo con quei ritmi…dalla mattina presto alla sera tardi dormivo pochissime ore!
Provvidenziale è stato l’incontro con Silvio Stefani alla Locanda Rosa Rosae dove cantavo ad un evento. Silvio mi apre le porte al nuovo progetto Spatio Bistrot.
L’inizio di una nuova vita sia professionale che personale mi forniva grandi stimoli. Sotto la direzione di Silvio creiamo un ristorante dove aggregazione era la parola d’ordine!
Piccoli tavoli che potevano muoversi nella sala per ospitare due, quattro o quante più persone possibili per gustare piatti veloci e dolci fatti in casa.
Dopo mesi di preparazione, con grande cura per i particolari e ricerca nel menù ecco la batosta più grande che ci poteva succedere: il COVID19 non ci fa aprire l’attività!
Mi è crollato il mondo addosso e dopo alcune settimane segregata a casa credevo che non ci fosse un futuro per quel piccolo locale perché non sapevamo quando si potesse aprire.
Nonostante tutto, grazie alla volontà di Silvio, da li a poco apriamo ma la speranza muore quasi subito perchè il COVID ci fa chiudere definitivamente. A quel punto perdo ogni speranza e mi cerco un altro lavoro così come fecero le mie due collaboratrici di allora.
Dopo sei mesi e un viaggio di Silvio a Berlino in cerca di nuove idee, Spatio Bistrot cambia veste e ricordo le mie parole: “Silvio piuttosto che aggregazione meglio se facciamo ristorazione”:
La mia idea era quella di far sentire i miei clienti come le persone che venivano ai miei concerti: felici di ascoltare buona musica e nel contempo felici di mangiare del buon cibo in un ristorante a Treviso esclusivo e accogliente.
Così, nel tempo, affino un nuovo modello di ristorazione dove cibo e musica si fondono.
Da quel momento non ho smesso di pensare a Spatio Bistrot come un salottino originale per accogliere i miei amici con la mia musica: ecco come si trasforma una cena in Cibo & Musica a Spatio Bistrot
Ma…
❌ Se non ti piace la musica
❌ Se quello che cerchi è un posto dove spendere poco e mangiare velocemente
❌ Se tutto quello che vuoi è sfamarti, senza badare alla qualità del cibo
❌ Se ti accontenti di un locale freddo senza un’anima che ti riscaldi
ALLORA SPATIO BISTROT NON FA PER TE!
Invece PERCHE’ dovresti venire a Spatio Bistrot:
✅ perchè grazie alla musica c’è l’atmosfera giusta
✅ per trascorrere una serata in compagnia senza fretta
✅ perchè lo dicono tutti che si mangia bene
✅ perchè dimenticando per un po’ i tuoi problemi tornerai a casa più “legger*”.
Proprio come facevo io quando andavo a cantare di sera nonostante mi alzassi alle 5 di mattina senza un lavoro che mi rendesse soddisfatta
